JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our manufacturing equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other facility components to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Assist in the installation, relocation, and calibration of new equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Perform general building maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry, as required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance-related fields preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC systems, pneumatic systems, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
