What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Care for residents in nursing and personal care/assisted living departments while keeping them safe and comfortable during their activities of daily living.
• Provide care and services to residents as defined by individualized care plans. Care and services include, but are not limited to: ADL assistance, mobility assistance, positioning assistance and feeding assistance.

What do I need for this role with Redstone?

• Current and valid PA Nursing Assistant Certification.

Additional Information:

• The position will receive a base wage rate for all hours actually worked (CNA $25.00).
• The position will receive overtime pay for hours actually worked over forty (40) hours in a work week.
• The position is *not *eligible for shift and/or weekend differentials.
• The position is not eligible for other employee incentives, based on the criteria outlined in the programs.
• The position will receive time and one half for hours worked on the holiday date. The holidays are specifically the full assignment that occur on the actual holiday, not all shifts listed for the "holiday requirement."
