ManpowerGroup Sr. Quality Engineer in Greensboro, North Carolina

Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Senior Product Quality Leader, Electrical to join their team. As a Senior Product Quality Leader, you will be part of the Quality & Customer Satisfaction team supporting product quality performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Product Quality Leader, Electrical

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay Range: $42 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Search, detect, and quantify customer quality issues at an early stage via enhanced analytics.

  • Prioritize quality actions related to electrical components to achieve committed quality targets for assigned products.

  • Lead, analyze, and report on Diagnostic Trouble Codes related to electrical systems, focusing on identifying patterns and ensuring proper quality solving methods.

  • Initiate, coordinate, and prioritize quality actions inside design Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.

  • Communicate effectively through presentations and reporting on product quality investigations within the company.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

  • 5 years of automotive industry experience.

  • Proficiency with Data Analysis and general knowledge of statistics and statistical concepts.

  • Experience in Aftermarket activities and support.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
