Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment in a high-speed manufacturing facility. This includes working with motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery. You will troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues up to 480 3-phase motors and handle all PMs at the facility.
Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and determine the best way to resolve them.
Repairs: Perform repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems to restore them to working order.
Installation: Install new machinery and equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
Calibration: Calibrate and adjust machines to ensure they operate at optimal performance levels.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts used.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Inventory Management: Keep track of spare parts and tools inventory to ensure availability when needed.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues up to 480 3-phase motors.
Experience with conveyors and pneumatics.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $93600.00/yr.
