About the position:

The Senior Financial Analyst will work with senior leadership within Raymond Leasing Corporation (RLC), the captive finance arm to The Raymond Corporation, providing transparency and valuable insights on business results and performance.

The candidate will support management reporting, analysis, pricing, and participate in the budgeting and forecasting process. Additionally, the candidate will support special projects, new financial product development, and other initiatives with high impact to the business. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for key and complex assignments with strategic and financial business implications and contribute to the overall Raymond business strategy.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a routine management reporting package.
  • Gather, organize, and interpret data to deliver actionable insights to support management decision-making.

  • Lead in the development of financial and operational performance measurement tools to monitor and improve performance.

  • Assist leadership with analysis of on-going and future strategic projects or programs.

  • Lead in sensitivity & financial impact analysis to monitor and evaluate the financial performance on current and proposed business strategies.

  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual budget and forecasting requirements.

  • Support and coordinate data gathering efforts across multiple functional areas or departments.

  • Support the preparation of results, analysis, and management presentations.

  • Assist in development and analysis of pricing proposals to providing insights to financial impact.

  • Conduct requirements gathering with each functional business unit within RLC for new report development.

  • Proactively keep the RLC Management informed of business issues & opportunities.

  • Actively participate in lean management activities to drive process improvements.

Additional assignments as instructed.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s (degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar field strongly preferred

  • Four or more of relevant experience in a financial analysis, data analysis, business intelligence, or similar analytical role.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Works effectively as part of team.

  • Strong drive for results & able to perform well under pressure.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis, summarizing, and reporting.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (i.e., Excel) is a must.

  • Experience developing informative, user-friendly visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau a plus.

  • Familiarity with data retrieval tools (i.e., SQL) is a strong plus.

About the total compensation package:

Salary - $64,450 - $84,400 per year. Compensation commensurate with selected candidate's experience.

Relocation - This position may be eligible for a relocation benefit.
