About the position:

We are seeking a Lease Documentation and Funding Specialist who will work closely with dealers and Raymond National Accounts to facilitate the inception and funding of lease contracts. Effectively communicate with representative dealerships and national accounts to consistently update management on funding of contracts. Develop process efficiencies to address unique situations presented by dealers, Raymond National Accounts, and customers. Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

You will:

  • Maintain integrity and control of lease contracts, while ensuring terms and deal structures meet legal and business requirements.
  • Support the funding of customer contracts by timely and accurately inputting or confirming Master Data such as detailed customer and asset information.
  • Maintain data integrity with our customer records as well as stay in compliance with published business procedures.
  • Facilitate timely funding processes while achieving objective of 24 hours to fund.
  • Serve as primary liaison between Raymond Leasing and dealerships across the United States in order to coordinate accurate completion of required documentation.
  • Accurately enter contract data and customer specific requirements into the Leasing System for proper account maintenance.
  • Validate contract rates and special programs in accordance with Raymond Leasing rate and residual guides.
  • Assist in developing standard work/work instructions for all critical functions in order to standardize funding processes and minimize errors.
  • Assist with identifying and implementing Kaizen initiatives to optimize funding processes in order to enhance efficiencies while understanding end-to-end contract life cycle processing and administration.
  • Participate in daily Asaichi meetings to review defects and resolve problems.

About you:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in customer service/sales/marketing or related field.
  • Intermediate level Excel experience is required. (Payment Functions, Building and modifying spreadsheets, creating and using formulas, pivot tables)

About the total compensation package:

Salary - $58,500 - $70,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education, skill and experience.

Relocation - This position may be eligible for relocation.
