JOB REQUIREMENTS: Parish Operations Coordinator The Diocese of Green Bay currently has a full-time opening for a Parish Operations Coordinator in our office of Parish Operations. This position provides support in Parish Operations by influencing a culture of missionary discipleship in the parishes and schools in the Diocese of Green Bay. This position supports parishes and schools in need of parish planning, operational assessments, and alignment to mission. Provides support as requested to the Diocesan Regional Planning Process. Provides directives and oversite for parish operational policies and guidelines, including governance of Church Management Software (GabrielSoft). ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: We would like to see someone with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, pastoral ministry, or a related field. We would also like to see someone who has 10+ years of experience in parish operations and ministry preferably with a parish that has a Catholic School. Must also have a valid driver\'s license.
