Job Description
Our client, a North American leader is trucking and transportation, is looking for a Solution Analyst. This role directly contributes to our mission of delivering innovative and efficient transportation and logistics solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work with the best industry standards to drive impactful results. Your role will involve defining and translating requirements, participating in cost estimation, and creating business cases and technical specifications. You will engage in project management activities, presenting and maintaining project roadmaps, monitoring milestones and their progress, and facilitating test meetings to ensure that requirements are met. Additionally, you will coordinate and facilitate tests within business areas, lead the resolution of technical problems, and interact with the team to contribute your knowledge and expertise. They're currently upgrading and enhancing their TMS (Transportation management system), this person will be working with technical teams to help solution technical problems to meet business requirements

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, software development.
- Preferred in Agile Methodology and experience leading Agile projects.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Preferred Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies. null
