The Digital Program Operations Manager serves as a member of the Digital Strategy & Operations Team within the Digital Center of Excellence. As a key member of the Digital Strategy & Operations Team this role plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our digital projects and programs, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and operate efficiently. This role requires an individual who has depth within several of the following disciplines: leadership skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, analytical mindset, ability to handle multiple projects/job responsibilities, champion of intradepartmental collaboration, and the ability to problem solve and bring resolution. Act as a liaison for operational program matters, addressing risk, finance, program management, and operational excellence.
