What You Will Get To Do:

  • Perform welding task using MIG TIG, or Stick techniques

  • Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine welding specifications

  • Fabrication of components using a variety of metals such as, steel, and aluminum

  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

  • Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to company standards

  • Perform grinding, cutting, and other finishing tasks to ensure smooth welds

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines and protocols

  • Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the supervisor

  • Count and maintain accurate tracking of jobs

  • Perform quality checks

  • Keep a clean and organized work area

  • Inspect parts and machinery for errors

What You Will Bring:

  • 2 years of hands-on welding experience a manufacturing setting or related industry, experience working with different welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Cored Arc Welding)

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, completion of trade or vocational program

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in multiple welding techniques (e.g., FCAW, GTAW, SMAW), strong understanding of metal properties, heat treatment, and welding metallurgy
