What You Will Get To Do:
Perform welding task using MIG TIG, or Stick techniques
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine welding specifications
Fabrication of components using a variety of metals such as, steel, and aluminum
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to company standards
Perform grinding, cutting, and other finishing tasks to ensure smooth welds
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines and protocols
Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the supervisor
Count and maintain accurate tracking of jobs
Perform quality checks
Keep a clean and organized work area
Inspect parts and machinery for errors
What You Will Bring:
2 years of hands-on welding experience a manufacturing setting or related industry, experience working with different welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Cored Arc Welding)
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, completion of trade or vocational program
Technical Skills: Proficiency in multiple welding techniques (e.g., FCAW, GTAW, SMAW), strong understanding of metal properties, heat treatment, and welding metallurgy
