In SAP human capital at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the SAP Human Capital team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful SAP SuccessFactors and HCM solutions. As a Senior Manager you are expected to guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are expected to leverage your specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams, and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree

• 7 years of experience

• Configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM solutions

• Leading SAP SuccessFactors data migration implementations

• Providing SAP SuccessFactors product and implementation specialization

• Leading entire Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors

• Proven consulting experience

• Functional and technical knowledge of Employee Central and Learning Management

• Leading teams and driving project timelines

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
