Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Job Description

They are looking to add a mechanical project manager to the Grand Rapids team. The project manager is responsible for carrying the project from meeting with the general contractor, preconstruction, building, and closing phases. This individual will use their technical knowledge of mechanical systems and construction to move the project through completion. They are responsible for keeping the project within the budget and ensuring the timeline is met. A successful candidate will have the ability to lead a team of peers and employees in an effective manner, while hitting goals and objectives.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with an initial contract duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in either Grand Rapids, Lansing, or Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Work Environment

The project manager will mainly work in the office, but site visits a few times a week will be required as needed. Their projects are within a 35-mile radius of the office.
