TEKsystems Helpdesk Support in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Description:

This role reports to the Clinical Applications Manager and provides support to customers. This team is the escalated exam read workflow team and is clinical clerical using the work list software with ARS, taking calls from end users, providing updates and looking up results / work flow. Primarily this person takes 75 - 100 calls per day from customers looking for updates on their image progress, results timeline, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

This position needs to have prior phone / customer service support and comfortable with working from home taking high call volume. This person will be working with internal management software and multiple EMR programs so someone who is familiar with how EMR's work and able to learn new system quickly is crucial.
