Mel Trotter Ministries is seeking a Director of Development.
The Director of Development is trusted with the responsibility of planning, organizing, and directing all of Mel Trotter Ministries fundraising including the major gifts program, annual fund, planned giving and special events. The DD works closely with the Vice President of Advancement in all development and fundraising endeavors and strategies.
This position manages and leads a robust team of Gift Advisors and fundraising professionals, and oversees our critical vendor relationships and our donor database, Virtuous.
The Director of Development is responsible for analyzing and reporting of YoY revenue results, moves management indicators and results, and overall market trends.
