Corewell Health APP – Director, CAA/CRNA – West Michigan in Grand Rapids, Michigan
Are you a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) looking for an exciting clinical and leadership opportunity? Corewell Health, Michigan’s largest health system, is seeking full time APP Director for our dedicated Anesthesia Team.
Competitive compensation package with total available bonuses of up to $40,000.
Definition of full time is 60 % clinical plus 40 % administrative and leadership time. Prorated c all coverage based on percentage of clinical responsibilities.
Qualifications
Required bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in business, health care administration or related field
Required master’s degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program or Required master’s degree Master of Science in Anesthesiology (MSA) or Master of Medical Science
LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan required or CRT - At least one License and/or Certification in area of specialty - National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistant (NCCAA) required
7 years of relevant experience of related health care experience r equired
3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role r equired
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and demonstrated ability to think strategically with a thorough understanding of strategic development r equired
Experience working in an organization of size and complexity comparable to Corewell Health Medical Group r equired
