About the Role

As an SAP SD Analyst , you’ll be a key contributor in supporting and enhancing our SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) environment within a high-performing, globally integrated aviation business. Your work will improve operational efficiency, elevate user experience, and support innovative aviation programs. You’ll troubleshoot, configure, and drive continuous improvement in SAP SD—ensuring seamless system performance from the production floor to the boardroom.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Support, Development, and Optimization (60%)

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD tickets and system issues

• Configure SAP SD settings based on evolving business needs

• Collaborate with developers and functional teams to implement enhancements

• Support SAP SD implementation projects, including testing and go-live execution

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and draft relevant test scenarios

• Create and update detailed process documentation and user manuals

Process Improvement and Communication (40%)

• Analyze and refine SAP SD processes to increase business value

• Enable seamless communication across cross-functional project teams

• Contribute to data analysis and feedback reports for leadership

• Maintain organized digital filing of procedures and work instructions

• Take initiative on complex assignments with minimal supervision

Your Boarding Pass: Required & Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience

• 5+ years in SAP SD support or related role

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with SAP SD, and familiarity with MM or PP modules

• Strong documentation, customer service, and communication skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple tasks

• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools (unit, integration, regression)

• Proficiency with GSuite, JIRA, and ServiceNow

• Willingness to work onsite (90%) and travel (5%)

Preferred:

• 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry

• SAP SD/MM/PP certifications or advanced SAP training

• ABAP knowledge or debugging experience

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies

• Understanding of company-specific IM standards and service models

Pay Details: $50.00 to $75.00 per hour
