Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Grand Prairie, Texas
Manufacturing Maintenance technician, URGENT 30+/hour, Grand Prairie, TX
1st, and 2nd Shift. Pay ranges from $30-$34/hr. starting out based
on experience. Great benefits, opportunity for overtime.
Job Description
Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment.
Prior experience working with with electrical diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications.
Perform root-cause analysis for all mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Troubleshoot electrical wiring, relay logic, control and safety circuits
Troubleshoot electronic boards, PLC's, touch screens, displays, contactors, motors
Ability to use and read a volt meter, amp meter, ohm meter, and other electrical testing equipment needed for the facility
Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to power transmissions, chain and belt drives, cams, bearings, and actuators
Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic controls and components
Ability to perform basic HVAC troubleshooting
Teardown and rebuild gearboxes, clutches, actuators, and other assembles related to equipment repairs

1st shift 5am or 7am. 2nd shift 4pm.
