Aspen National Collections Vacation Industry Collection Specialist in Grand Junction, Colorado
Answering incoming calls and/or contacting customers in order to begin the past-due account recovery process.
Provide past-due account resolutions by collecting payments or negotiating debt payment plans.
Accurately and efficiently complete notes and documentation needed to facilitate account resolutions.
Handle difficult or challenging customers in a professional manner, while complying with all applicable laws and regulations as they pertain to each call.
*No prior collection experience needed, but strong communication skills desired. Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
**Salary. {+commission available}
