Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the night shift, responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. This role requires dedication to maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring equipment reliability.
The shift is from 10:10pm to 6:30am, Sunday to Thursday, and every other Saturday, with a $2.50 shift premium.
Responsibilities:
Follow specified maintenance and repair procedures to maintain and repair machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot, isolate, and repair machinery and equipment including mills, presses, conveyors, compressors, and forklifts.
Perform preventive maintenance and provide input on updates to preventive maintenance schedules and tasks.
Complete and manage work orders via the Plex system.
Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
Install special functional and structural parts in devices.
Lubricate and clean parts.
Start devices to test their performance.
Set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
Initiate purchase orders for parts and machines.
Attend specialized equipment training as required for the position.
Perform additional functions as directed by the leader.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $73840.00/yr.
