JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Hummel North America is looking to expand its design portfolio with an addition of a Technical Design Director. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has great project and time management skills, an artistic and creative mindset, ability to openly collaborate with other designers in the industry and has a passion to research and follow sport fashion. Our fast-paced environment requires detail-oriented individuals with a passion to push the envelope on what soccer jerseys can be. Technical Design Director - Hummel Grafton, WI If you have an eye for detail, a drive to succeed, with a passion for the apparel industry, this could be the right opportunity for you. Hummel is looking to add a Technical Design Director to their team on a full time basis! Responsibilities: Lead Hummel Pro\'s graphic design team including the companies public image and brand. Work closely with the social media and marketing teams on the design of digital content, graphic buildouts and content calendars. Work directly with sales teams on design and digital elements for accounts and partners. Work closely with the merchandise department on kit and product launches. Lead mood boards, tech packs, design implementation, and collaboration with internal and external designers. Build product catalogs, lookbooks, color guides and best practices deck to streamline custom designs. Lead private label designs and capsule apparel creation.
