Maintenance Fabricator

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Fabricator responsible for designing, creating, and implementing fabrication ideas within the maintenance department independently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the maintenance team by welding and fabricating necessary parts to complete daily work

  • Fabricate cells for new machines

  • Fabricate safety rails

  • Maintain fixtures and carriers using welding techniques

  • Perform MIG and Stick welding

  • Read and interpret blueprints to complete projects correctly

  • Maintain, install, and troubleshoot frame jig systems

  • Maintain, install, and troubleshoot roller tables

  • Operate fork trucks and aerial lifts regularly

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience designing, creating, and implementing fabrication ideas within the maintenance department independently

  • 5+ years of experience with MIG and Stick welding on steel

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills

  • Experience in preventive maintenance

  • Experience as a maintenance technician

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $58240.00/yr.
