Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
Assemble flight hardware and solar cells with precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Assemble flight hardware and solar cells with high precision.
Work in a clean room environment to ensure product integrity.
Follow detailed schematics and wiring diagrams.
Perform soldering tasks according to specifications.
Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assemblies.
Adhere to production schedules and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Essential Skills
Previous experience in the aerospace industry.
Active certifications in IPC J-STD-001 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620.
Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems and components.
Ability to work in a clean room environment.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools for mechanical assembly.
Experience with soldering, wiring, and reading schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical assembly experience.
Knowledge of production assembly processes.
Experience with wire harness assembly.
Skill in working with epoxy.
