We have an opportunity for a Digital Capabilities Lead to join our Enterprise Applications team, part of the Information Technology Center of Excellence, in Golden Valley, MN. You will play a crucial role in steering our digital development projects toward success. In partnership with Digital Leads embedded within the business, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our web and digital implementations, from strategy and planning through execution and optimization, ensuring that web technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely. * You will work a hybrid work schedule (3 days/week on-site) at our North American corporate headquarters in Golden Valley, MN. * #LI-Hybrid You will: Lead the strategy, development, and execution of digital and web projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Oversee quality standards and business requirements as they relate to our digital and web properties. Define web development standards and best practices, ensuring they are adhered to within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product management, to ensure a cohesive and innovative approach to web development. Oversee the performance and reliability of digital and web applications, as well as use insights to drive continuous improvement with customer digital experiences. Stay abreast of emerging digital and web technologies and trends and assess their applicability to our business goals. Manage project timelines, resources, and risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with IT architects, developers, and analysts to ensure applications and websites are integrated smoothly and function optimally. Conduct design reviews and ensure that the digital and web applications are secure, scalable, and maintainable. Develop and manage budgets for enterprise applications, including software licensing, maintenance, and service agreements. Key Qualifications: Have earned a bachelor's (B.A. or B.S.) degree. Have at least 7 years of relevant experience, including web development/management, as well as experience managing a portfolio of projects related to digital experiences, such as content management platforms, customer applications, etc. Experience interfacing with 3rd party website or application development teams preferred. Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and best practices in website development/management. Experience with agile development methodologies. Strong familiarity with modern digital technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js) and web development frameworks preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to mentor junior team members. Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $82300 - $152800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as annual incentive bonus.
