We have an opportunity for a Business Strategy & Analytics Manager to join our Pentair Flow Segment commercial and strategic planning team in Golden Valley, MN. Reporting to the Segment Strategic Planning Director, you will lead a team of Business Data Analysts focused on developing analytics models, reports, cases, and strategies to drive commercial growth and solve critical business challenges. As a key connection and translation point between business needs and internal analytical capabilities, you'll lead a team that delivers actionable insights - not just reports. If you're someone who enjoys distilling knowledge from data, as well as leading a team of internal business partners, to drive evidence-based decisions across the business, this role is for you! * You can work a hybrid work schedule for this position with 3 days/week in-office in Golden Valley, MN. * You will: Identify, prioritize, and execute commercial effectiveness continuous improvement initiatives across the segment based on need and impact. Act as liaison between revenue operations and commercial leadership to drive internal alignment and determine key business metrics to measure and optimize organizational performance. Interpret business metrics and analysis outputs to develop hypotheses, recommendations, and pilot programs for validation with business unit (BU) leadership. Establish predictive analytics and segmentation processes approach by BU and category to effectively capture true customer and prospect potential. Establish and manage a structured training and onboarding framework for commercial talent, evaluating and selecting optimal communications methods. Regularly review and improve commercial learning efforts to ensure they remain effective and up to date. Clearly define the goals and objectives of sales playbooks and ensure they align with the overall commercial and organizational strategy. Key Qualifications: Have earned a bachelor's (B.S. or B.A.) degree. Advanced degree is a bonus. Have 7-10 years of relevant experience in similar business intelligence, business analysis, data engineering, data analysis or data visualization roles, including experience managing people. Experience in creating, or advising business leaders on, growth strategies for product lines, portfolios, categories, or business units. Experienced with SQL. Python is a bonus. Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms and to transition between high-level concepts and low-level details.
