Job Description :

Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

Experience: • 1 - 3 years relevant functional experience in Human Resource function

Knowledge & skills:

• Knowledge of CL Act

• MIS

• High Flexibility and Problem Solving

Best Suited for someone who: • High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment

• Ability to compile complex data

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Labour Law Compliance

  • Ensuring that all the Casual associates are compliant with their documentation like Aadhar seeding, PF enrolment or updation, ESI updation and bank linkingManaging all the PF and related documentation and submission to the relevant authorities on time to time basis

  • Tracking of manpower on a day to day basis

  • Managing all the PF and related documentation and submission to the relevant authorities on time to time basis

  • Preparing letters for submitting to the statutory authorities for rectifying noncompliance of documentation

  • Monthly pension documentation and submitting to the authorities

  • Other Miscellaneous admin jobs from time to time - Housekeeping Supervision, Canteen Supervision, OHC coordination

Co-ordination

  • Coordinate with Production team for demand & supply of suitable manpower

  • Follow-up with vendors for manpower availability

Reporting

  • Prepare timely and accurate reports on manpower count

  • Compliance check wrt Contract labour

  • Assist Manager for preparation of daily & monthly MIS

Other Areas:

  • Knowledge on Welfare Activities

  • Knowledge of payroll, HRMS

  • Handling Employee Grievances

  • Handling duty roster, leaves

  • Knowledge of employee Skill training

  • Managing Employee training, Induction training, on the job training/ off the job training

  • Manage training feedback, employee training record Monthly/Quarterly

  • Prepare training calendar, Maintaining employee training, if change designation/post/ department etc

  • Preparation of training KPI, Indicator and coordinate with quality dept

  • Handling employee vaccination records

  • Designing the Training Program/ schedule as Monthly, Quarterly Training

  • Handling Employee performance process , Monitoring & feedback of employee Performance

  • Manage staff recruitment

  • Maintaining HR files & records
