Job Description :

Educational Qualification: BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute

Experience: Minimum 5 years of independently handling Electrical Maintenance function in a Manufacturing facility

Plant Maintenance for Productivity Improvement

• Implement the daily maintenance plan to enhance the serviceability of electrical / mechanical instrumentation system

• Implement and monitor the preventive / predictive maintenance to minimize breakdown

• Handle real time breakdown/emergency effectively

• VED analysis of spares & maintain inventory of vital, essential & desirable spares as par analysis

• Maintaining asset history data & improving asset life applying analyzing tools

Operation and Maintenance of Utilities

• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of Turbine, DG’s, Air Compressors, HVAC, STP, ETP, Industrial Water Supply, incinerator, Chillers, Transformers, Switch Gears, VFDs

• Be responsible for Statutory compliance adherence and monitoring

Documentation and Reporting

• Document and Report maintenance activities

• Knowledge in SAP-PM is an added advantage

• Maintain a list of all spares available

• Follow maintenance strategies, procedures & methods outlined in the maintenance manual

• Measure and monitor Utility consumption reporting

• Liaise with Government Regulatory authorities for license renewals, NOCs etc.
