Job Description

  • Manage optimal utilization of the Team (day-to-day work allocation)

  • Coordinate a team of around 7 people including China and Japan team.

  • Proactively escalating to the supervisor and operation leader in case of issues.

  • Participate in Interviews.

  • Setting clear ad-hoc daily goals for the team to achieve KPI’s and tracking the progress.

  • Participate in calls with local affiliates.

  • Ensure appropriate hard skill / on-the-job training to AP Analyst.

  • Other duties as ordered by the supervisor.

  • Support with difficult invoice processing.

  • Prioritizing invoices and payments according to vendor terms while ensuring timely payments are made and process rush payments as required.

  • Matching invoices to Purchase orders with IFF system.

  • Validating for completeness and accuracy, including ensuring proper backup and approval.

  • Checking and verifying supplier documentation for compliance with country legal & tax requirements.

  • Partnering with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution

  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Maintain good relationship with teams of procurement, logistics, customer service, etc.

  • Suggesting process improvements where possible.

Job requirements

  • Excellent English language skill both verbal and written.

  • At least Business level Chinese language skill both verbal and written.

  • Preferable 2-3 years of relevant experience.

  • A good working knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP).

  • Strong understanding of Accounting and/or Financing.

  • Good Microsoft Office skills, with an excellent Excel working knowledge.

  • VBA/Power BI/Python/GPT environment knowledge is a plus.

  • Good communication and organization skills.

  • Great customer service is essential.

  • Being a team player bringing over a can-do-mentality.

  • Critical thinking is a must.
