Job Description
1 To enter and process supplier invoices for different Asia entities
2 Provide end to end resolutions (from request to payment of invoices) of any Accounts Payable query via email (functional email accounts) or call
3 Be focal point of investigation of customer complaints and provide end-to-end input into share-point of China Finance Service Center A/P work stream
4 Review payment run related documents, and manage urgent payments by reviewing business needs
5 Perform monthly reconciliations for key accounts and ensure all outstanding items are followed and escalated timely with no unreconciled accounts
6 Month end closing activities
7 Timely escalate any issues reported during daily operations to team leaders
8 Support Audit related activities
9 Other ad-hoc tasks relating to payables
Job Requirements
Minimum requirements:
1 Bachelor degree, major in accounting / finance/Thai language is preferred;
2 English: read and write fluently. Medium level of speaking;
3 PC skills: demonstrated ability to work with email programs and MS Excel
Will be considered a plus:1 Proficient to read, write and speak in Korean
2 Experienced in projects, with good networking with different stakeholders
3 Good analytical ability
