GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Position is responsible for refereeing youth and adult sports activities. Directly Supervised by the Athletics/Fitness Coordinator or the Recreation Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Must communicate sports rules clearly and calmly; ensure safety of players and fans; and report any and all disturbances to Athletics Supervisor. 2.Responsible for reporting any damage to facility by renters; must be able to attend monthly staff meetings; provide feedback to the Athletics Supervisor on strong points and opportunities for improvement. 3.Provide feedback to coaches and players during games; and resolve parent and coach issues and complaints.
