This Manager, Clinical Services (Manager) supports the Nursing Director in performing routine and complex activities that support department operations. The primary functions of the position include clinical and operational oversight of the social work, crisis services and program staff. The Manager ensures all clinical services provided meet regulatory and quality guidelines. This position also performs a wide range of supervisory and clinical functions to assist in ensuring the clinical services in the department of psychiatry are delivered in accordance with all clinical protocols and procedures. The Manager is responsible for monitoring best practices are being implemented by clinical staff. /Education/Experience/ Master’s degree in Social Work or Nursing required Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a community-based mental health facility required Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience related to mental health services preferred Licenses, Certifications, Registrations Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW) or Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) required /Skills/Abilities/ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize effectively; solid organizational skills Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with other nursing personnel, patients, physicians and the public Ability to understand and implement regulatory guidelines Salary Range The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is$76,315.20 to $111,113.60annually. Salary is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.
