About this position:

Under the direction of Branch Experience management, this position will be responsible for operational soundness of the branches and high-quality performance of branch teams. Will report, review, and analyze data while staying updated in all areas pertaining to branch operations and staff development.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality control reviews by analyzing and reviewing data and documentation associated with account opening and maintenance to evaluate effectiveness of internal controls.

Collaborate with Branch Experience management to determine how to resolve operational gaps identified.

Team up with branch management staff to address operational issues; design plans and implement solutions to internal control weaknesses and branch audit issues.

Perform compliance, transactional, and operational testing across all processes. Coordinate with Branch Experience management and Information Technology to determine areas to be tested, conduct testing, and assess/implement areas identified within the release.

Conduct reviews of branch self assessments to determine operational soundness and compliance with security requirements, compliance regulations, Company policies and procedures.

Facilitate special projects as designated by Branch Experience management.

Education/Certifications/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field required

4 years of experience in banking, financial services, or related field preferred

Skills/Knowledge:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; ability to learn job related software a must

Excellent attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, adjust priorities and keep projects on target to completion

Strong communications skills, both written and verbal; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, and management

Physical Demands:

Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for brief periods of time.

Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and computer mouse and keyboard.

Ability to lift/move up to 15 lbs.

The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour commensurate with experience and education.

Additional compensation may be earned through the Company’s profit-sharing bonus program, subject to individual and company performance.
