Honeywell Senior Advanced Systems Engineer - CDRILS in Glendale, Arizona
This position is within Space Engineering and will be located in Glendale, AZ. The position is within the team developing the Carbon Dioxide Removal by Ionic Liquid System (CDRILS), a life support system for space and terrestrial applications, and other technologies that make it possible to live and breathe. This role will be the technical lead for all aspects (design, build and test) of a CDRILS qualification unit and contribute technically to Honeywell’s Environmental Controls and Life Support Systems (ECLSS) product line. The successful candidate will work closely with a large cross-functional and cross-site team (including program management, advanced technology, engineering, and business development) as well as with customer design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Become a technical expert for CDRILS and oversee all aspects of system qualification
Develop, decompose and manage requirements and V&V process
Become highly knowledgeable in other ECLSS technologies for future road mapping

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor of Science in Engineering
5+ years of relative experience with 2+ years in space applications
