Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Follow health and safety standards.

  • Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.

  • Pick, package and finalize products for shipment within the facility or to customers.

  • Assist with the operation loading, unloading and maintenance of machinery and production equipment while meeting production targets.

  • Remove and sort parts from the material storage system.

  • Perform tasks to prepare parts and assemblies for powder coating or galvanizing.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent attendance is essential.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Able to communicate in English.

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion such as extended periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationery, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
