Youll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers and with that comes the autonomy to organize your day to meet customers at the time and place that enhances the personalized sales interactions you create. Youll close the deal by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions -keeping customers connected to what matters most to them.

How you get the job done:

  • Well kick things off with paid training setting you up for success to work independently in the field. Coaching, mentoring and ongoing learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech-savvy.
  • Generate leads you are ready to take a cold call all the way to the sale while managing and achieving salestargets.
  • Youll use strong negotiation and communications skills you know how to make a smooth pivot, and are highly motivated to get it right and make the sale

Key expectations to succeed:

  • Some prior sales experience - preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Maintain a valid drivers license - a big perk of this job is the company car we provide, make sure youre ready todrive.
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline this may include evenings, weekends andholidays.
  • Utilize required PPE and adhere to all safety measures, including basic sanitizingprocedures.

Lead a team a make an impact at the center of where it all happens our customers homes. As an Integrated Solutions Manager, youll oversee a team of sales and support staff as they work to introduce residential customers to our award-winning TV service and technology in collaboration with our service installers. Your knowledge of our wide-range of technology and services will ensure they provide customized solu ions that create an elevated customer experience.

Whats it take to ensure your team delivers the ultimate white glove experience? Excellent communication, strategic thinking and leadership abilities to match! Youll take on a variety of responsibilities from hiring and training to career development and strategic planning. Youll also oversee the inventory and compliance of your team and take on fleet management responsibilities. Most importantly, youll be tasked with ensuring your team develops and attains sales and service objectives within an assigned geographic territory. Youll ensure that each member of your team is equipped to provide customers with hands-on demos that generate new sales effectively and independently managing their own appointments to meet sales and service objectives.

In order to qualify for this position, youll need:

3-5 years of customer facing/sales experience

3-5 years of management experience, preferred.
