Position Summary:
As a Customer Service, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by greeting guests, preparing food, ensuring food safety, and handling light paperwork.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests cheerfully, accurately preparing their orders.
- Utilize the Point of Sale system/cash register, performing the Cash-In Procedure.
- Prepare food neatly, restock items, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Follow Subway® Operations Manual for quality standards, formulas, and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and professional restaurant image.
- Perform light paperwork duties and complete University of Subway™ courses as directed.
Prerequisites:
Education: Some high school or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: No prior experience required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical: Flexibility to work in any restaurant area, operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. Position involves bending, standing, and walking. Must lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
