CED Bay Area - Gilroy: Sales and Business Leadership Trainee
For those candidates who are energetic self-starters, the Sales and Business Leadership Training Program is a highly structured development course designed to prepare candidates for Sales and Leadership within the Electrical Industry. Throughout the training program, candidates are exposed to all aspects of the resi/commercial field.
Reports to: PC Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Bachelor’s Degree
Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Working Conditions:
Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel – both by car and by air.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Essential Job Functions:
Learning all aspects of the CED business
Attending classes online as well as in-person at various locations
On the job training and mentoring
Establish, develop, and maintain relationships and rapport with customers
Goal planning with PC Manager

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $23 to $28 hourly.
