A large E-Commerce company is hiring a Logistics Specialist in Tempe, Az(2-3 days onsite)!
Description:
This team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with Inbound Transportation. As the team continues to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, we consistently evaluate our current network shipper defects and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this role, the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor, verify, and present data daily
Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time
Identify transportation defect root causes
Maintain Daily logs on assigned shippers

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2 years of Logistics, or Supply Chain
Understanding of basic data analytical skills
Experience writing documents on topics such as process improvement proposals.
Entry-level knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data
Interpersonal and customer service skills
