Sixeas Premier Marketing Promotional Products Specialist/Administrative Manager in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

Hours: part-time; est 25 hours per week; no weekends

The Promotional Products Specialist will be responsible for working with our staff of marketing professionals to research, source, and order custom promotional products, print collateral and decorated apparel items to help our clients promote their brand and logo. In addition, the individual will be responsible for monitoring the workflow of multiple projects, creating presentations and purchase orders, dealing directly with suppliers as well as assisting clients with custom promotional campaigns.

Work with multiple suppliers to source products and confirm pricing to prepare presentations and orders.  Come up with creative ideas, products, and suggestions to present to clients and/or prospects. Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers by following up on a regular basis. Process incoming orders which include: placing orders with suppliers, communicating project details with the team, creating purchase orders, and ensuring timely product delivery. Follow-up on orders, receive feedback, suggest improvements to create a better customer experience. Remain current on industry trends, products, and education. Manage and correct any problems with projects and orders in a timely and professional manner.  The process requires attention to detail and correctness.

Additionally:

-Work takes place in office setting primarily.  Occasionally will assist with packing/shipping projects in warehouse area.      

-Responsible for all general clerical duties.               -Answer and screen all phone calls. 

-Purchase office supplies as needed.                         -File catalogs as received.    

-File paid customer invoices and paid supplier invoices.          -Occasionally assist with customer mailings.

-Pick up mail from post office and handle/distribute as needed.   

Must be proficient in computer use; specifically, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.  Ability to learn an industry-specific web-based product research program. 

Knowledge of MS Teams is helpful but not required.  Knowledge of UPS shipping program is helpful. 

Must be very detail-oriented in receiving information, researching, sourcing, processing orders, and following up on orders through delivery to the customer.

Ability to interact positively with all callers and visitors.
