You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
Execute the strategy for the customer
Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.

What you need to know about this position: Senior Food Service sales position responsible for managing top tier national account customers. Developing plans, collaborating with resource teams, presenting new products and promotions, negotiating contracts, and developing exec level relationships with key customers.
What extra ingredients you will bring: Strong organizational skills, exceptional follow-up skills, managing complex details, strategic thinking and prioritization, very strong relationship building skills.
Education / Certifications: BA
Job specific requirements: 7+ years sales experience in Food Service National Accounts with focus on top 100 ranked chains.
Travel requirements: Some travel throughout the year to customer head quarter offices and customer conferences.
Work schedule: Traditional M-F
