Job Title: MFG Admin Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking an Admin Staff, a hands-on team player, and a self-motivated problem solver to join our customers manufacturing Admin office team based out of their Georgetown, TX location. In this position, the manufacturing Admin Staff will be responsible for working supply requests in manufacturing, maintaining employee and contractor data, data entry, reporting, and other assigned projects.
What You’ll Do:
Configure data and provide reports as needed to managers
Maintain records for contingent workforce staffing
Facilitate supply purchases
Administer company policies and procedures
Perform other Admin duties assigned by management
Special projects and problem solving
Support overtime meal requirements for production teams
What You’ll Bring:
College degree and/or High School diploma
1+ years of related experience (Manufacturing experience a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style
Confidence to make decisions and work with a variety of different stakeholders
Teamwork: Works effectively across organizations to achieve company goals and objectives
Ability to take the lead when necessary
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent data entry, numeric, and computer navigation skills
Comfortable multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing tasks to meet expectations with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Additional Requirement:
- An online Excel test will be required to reinforce knowledge
