Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 2 to join our team at Toyota Headquarters in Georgetown KY! The General Manager 2 will oversee cafe 601 that has 3 stations, and serves Breakfast and Lunch. This cafe also produces simply to go, salads and bakery items for the campus.
The General Manager 2 will be the number 1 for this cafe. Duties will include but not limited to:
Overseeing the day-to-day operation
Responsible for FOH and BOH
Leading and developing a team of 11 to 12 hourly employees.
Customer service trainings
Responsible for all financial for the unit
Overseeing ordering and inventory
HR related duties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality and provide an excellent dining experience. Excellent presentation skills, Strong communication skills.
This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, Monday through Friday schedule. However, the ideal candidate must be flexible to work some evenings and Toyota’s production Saturdays when needed.
Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.

TARGET SALARY IS 60K PLUS BONUS
