What you´ll do

  • Operates forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts and finished goods

  • Safe operation of fork-lift equipment to include daily pre-shift inspection

  • Move product as needed between Production Lines and Warehouse locations, as well as other locations when needed

  • Use RF Scanners to ensure accuracy for inventory control purposes

  • Look up product information with RF Scanners

  • When orders are completed, all returns are to be checked for accuracy and delivered back to stocking locations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What makes you a good fit

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Must be able to work 1st shift 6:30 am-2:30 pm

  • Previous forklift experience preferred

  • Warehouse/inventory control experience desirable

  • The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.

  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.

  • The performance of this position normally requires exposure to typical manufacturing areas where under certain conditions the use of personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, and hygienic precautions, such as hairnets, are required.

  • Steel toed shoes required.

  • The work environment is not climate controlled.

  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud.

  • Overtime may be required.

  • Regular attendance is required.

The salary for this role is $18.25 - $20.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
