OVERVIEW
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

THE POSITION
The ISC Turnaround Manager will oversee and direct operations and be part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
YOU MUST HAVE
6+ years of turnaround leadership experience
6+ years of planning and scheduling data base experience (SAP, P6, etc..)
6+ years of turnaround budgeting experience
WE VALUE
Lean expert or Black belt
Some project management or ISC Experience
Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects
Global company working experience
Professional in Microsoft Office
Lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
