Account Manager, EMEA

Converge Advantage Sales Team is looking for an Account Manager EMEA based in Gdansk, Poland. This role is sales-focused and target-driven. You will be responsible for lead generation, securing new business, and rebuilding underpenetrated and neglected relationships with small to mid-size accounts.

You will provide your clients with an excellent level of customer service in our EMEA markets. You will maintain Converge’s market image by adhering to our quality and trade manifest, and remaining up to date on industry trends, market activities, and the competition. You will report to the Advantage Sales Manager and be a part of a fun and diverse team.

What will you be doing at Converge?

  • You will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between Converge and potential customers

  • Drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and reactivation of old ones

  • Cold to warm calling to the client base

  • Identify demand and supply opportunities with clients

  • Research organizations and key stakeholders to find new opportunities

  • Develop quotes, proposals and manage order to invoice process for clients

  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

What are we looking for?

  • You have experience in a similar position within customer service, sales and/or business development within a relevant sector in EMEA region

  • Can build and develop strategic business relationships

  • You have interacted with high-level stakeholders

  • Strong knowledge of the market, and a good understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the customer

  • Effective communication and ability to influence people at all levels

  • Prospecting and presentation skills

  • You are a motivated self-starter

  • An enthusiastic, positive, and entrepreneurial attitude

  • Bachelor's degree and/or highly successful sales experience in the electronic component sales field

  • Fluency in English and German OR Spanish OR French OR Italian OR any Scandinavian language
