Job description
RETAIL ASSOCIATE - Full-Time
Overview: We are seeking Retail Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales and customer service, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding products
-Collect photos from customers phones and process them using Adobe Photoshop
-Operate and maintain printing equipment
-Assemble product packages
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
-Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
-Experience with both Android and Apple phones preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Nice-to-Have Skills: - Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base

Pay:
- $16.00 per hour
Expected hours:
- 30 - 40 per week
Store Hours:
- 7 days a week, 10AM-10PM
