Job Summary: Responsible for evaluating and performing diversified employment activities including recruiting, interviewing, screening, placement and retention for assigned coverage areas across all of CaroMont Health. Responsible for managing, developing, and implementing the recruitment and retention initiatives for the organization as it relates to assigned coverage areas. Serves to compare possible courses of action regarding staffing concerns and to coordinate placement of all temporary / traveler staff. Exercise discretion and independent judgment to assess and recommend recruiting, advertising and candidate sourcing options, and in selection of applicants for consideration. Build relationships and partner with managers advising on general business operations relative to staffing options.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have an associate’s degree with 6 months of direct recruiting experience or a high school diploma and 2 years of direct recruiting experience. College degree strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good judgment skills required. Working knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Previous experience with applicant tracking system preferred. Considerable ability to deal tactfully with all CaroMont Health employees, prospective employees, and the public
