Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team with flexible shift options. Shifts include Monday to Friday from 11pm-8am, a 223 shift from 7am-7pm, and a first shift with hours to be confirmed. The position requires expertise in mechanical maintenance, ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
Replace mat top chain, linked chain with master links, laced belts, and rubber bands for rollers using specialty equipment.
Replace bearings, shafts, rollers, sprockets, gearbox, and motors.
Perform drilling, tapping, and threading of bolt holes accurately.
Use concrete hammer drill with anchors to secure equipment.
Operate basic hand tools and battery-operated tools such as drills, grinders, saws, impact guns, routers, wrenches, and screwdrivers.
Apply grease to lubrication points using proper tooling.
Change V-Belts for fans and work with pulley systems.
Maintain dock plates, dock doors, and hydraulic cylinders.
Conduct basic plumbing, painting, and building repair work for facilities maintenance.
Use tape measure for accurate readings and identification of distances.
Replace seals and gaskets efficiently.
Use torque wrenches to spec bolts, screws, etc., to the proper torque.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $68640.00/yr.
