Spectrum Mgr, Facilities in Garfield Heights, Ohio
Spectrum is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to support the Spectrum Mobile Team at our Garfield Heights, OH location. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience managing facilities planning, building maintenance, reception and switchboards, mailroom, conference rooms and Employee Services functions.

WHAT OUR FACILITIES MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Manage facilities planning including physical layout and space allocation, office moves, preparation of cost estimates for space allocations, coordination with departments / contractors for reconfiguring space, furniture and equipment.
Manage maintenance of buildings and grounds; ensures all utility systems are fully operational and inspected in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules.
Review and negotiate all bids for service.
Manage administrative services including clerical support, delivery of supplies, printing services and Employee Services program.
Manage mailroom staff, ensuring pick up, delivery and distribution of mail.
Manage reception / switchboard function.
Oversee coordination of conference center maintenance and set up to meet meeting requirements.
Coordinate building security and maintenance services.
Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Previous working experience in Facilities Support Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Recent working experience in Facilities Support Management
Project Management experience
Budget/Pricing Analysis experienceNegotiation and Presentation experienceVendor management experiencePrevious Supervisory experience
Microsoft Suite - Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint etc
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Office environment - Onsite; full-time
Exposure to moderate noise level
Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm - on call availability
