Hats Direct Support Professional/Caregiver in Gallatin, Tennessee
Provide routine individualized supports such as assisting with daily living, transportation to shopping and community events to persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities at the persons home. Monitor or report changes in health status. May also assist with medication administration and housekeeping. Openings in the Gallatin, Portland, and Springfield. Various shifts are available, full or part-time hours.
