Job Description:

· Assist with administrative tasks such as processing work orders, managing mail, maintaining calendars, and tracking state vehicle usage.

· Support HR functions, including updating position descriptions, directory maintenance, and other various administrative duties, ensuring compliance with university and federal policies.

· Provide direct assistance to the Director of Human Resources, including assisting with special projects, and general office support.

· Perform courier tasks such as delivering sensitive documents and packages across campus, as needed.

Expected Salary:

$13-14/hours

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft suite.

Ability to be multi tasked.

Knowledge of effective written and oral communication, ability to articulate and interpret information.

Establish and maintain professional and effective working relations with others.

Exercise good judgment.

Maintain confidentiality of all information entrusted to this position.
